◆ 予約開始日に関して

ご予約開始日は5月24日（日）を予定しております。

ご予約開始リマインダーをご希望の方はこちらよりご登録ください。

◆ hinataレンタルご予約方法

①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はフェス側の規定により、必ず7月23日（木）〜ご自身の利用最終日でご選択ください。

②「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

フジロックで検索いただくと配送先を選択ください。

ここの段階でご希望の受取日をご選択いただけます。

③操作を進め、注文後に送られる完了メールを持ってご予約完了となります。

◆ キャンセルに関して

注文完了後に送付されるメールにキャンセル用のURLが記載されております。

キャンセル受付日によってキャンセル料が変わるため、ご利用の中止が確定された場合はお早めにキャンセルをお願いいたします。

商品発送日の前日：無料

商品発送日～利用日前々日：レンタル料金の50%

利用日前日～利用日：レンタル料金の100％

ご注文合計金額からキャンセル料を差し引いた金額がご返金額となります。

※天候不良等におけるイベント中止の場合でも通常のキャンセル規定が適用されます。そのため、キャンセル補償への加入を推奨しております。

◆ 当日お荷物の受取先、受け取り方法

当日イベント会場へ到着しましたら

フジロックフェスティバル場外ショップエリア内、「ヤマト運輸荷物窓口A」へお立ち寄りください。

ヤマト運輸スタッフよりお荷物をお渡しいたします。

※「ヤマト運輸荷物窓口B」をご希望のお客様はhinataレンタルカスタマーサポートへメール（rental-support@vivit.co.jp）もしくはチャットでお問い合わせください。

別途対応させていただきます。

＊依頼主氏名部分には、お客様のお名前ではなくhinataレンタルと記載されています。

お届け先氏名にお客様のお名前の記載がありますので、そちらをご確認ください。

＊現地でお受け取りの際は「予約完了メール（件名：[hinataレンタル]ご予約を承りました）」

「商品発送完了メール（件名：[hinataレンタル]商品発送完了と返却時のご案内）」をご提示頂くことを推奨しております。

・予約完了メール…予約完了時に届きます

・商品発送完了メール…7月19日前後に届きます

◆ 現地でのお荷物のお渡し受付時間

7月23日（木） 12時～21時

This is a notice for customers who wish to have their items delivered to FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ‘25.

Please check the following information before using the service.

Shipping to FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ’26 (Fuji Rock)

For customers who wish to have rental items delivered to FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ’26, please review the information below before placing your order.

◆ Event Overview

Event Dates: July 24 (Fri) – July 26 (Sun), 2026

Entry permitted from July 23 (Thu)

Departure allowed until July 27 (Mon)

Venue: 202 Mikuni, Yuzawa-cho, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata 949-6292

◆ Reservation Start Date

Reservations are scheduled to open on May 24 (Sun).

If you would like to receive a reminder when reservations open, please register using the reminder form.

◆ How to Make a Reservation with hinata Rental

(1) Add your desired rental items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Due to festival regulations, the rental period must be selected from July 23 (Thu) through your final day of use.

(2) On the “Shipping Information” page, select “Festival / Event” as the delivery type.

Search for “Fuji Rock” and choose the designated delivery location.

At this stage, you can also select your preferred pick-up date.

(3) Complete the checkout process.

Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive the order confirmation email after placing your order.

◆ Cancellation Policy

A cancellation URL will be included in your order confirmation email.

Please note that cancellation fees vary depending on the date of cancellation. If you decide not to proceed with your rental, we kindly ask that you cancel as soon as possible.

Until the day before shipment: No cancellation fee

From the shipment date to two days before the rental date: 50% of the rental fee

One day before the rental date or on the rental date: 100% of the rental fee

The refundable amount will be the total order amount minus the applicable cancellation fee.

Please note that even if the event is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing cancellation protection.

◆ Pick-Up Location and Method

Once you arrive at the festival venue, please visit:

Yamato Transport Parcel Counter A

(Located in the outside shop area of the Fuji Rock Festival grounds)

Your rental items will be handed to you by Yamato Transport staff.

Please note:

The sender name will be listed as hinata Rental, not your personal name.

Your name will appear in the recipient field. Please confirm this when collecting your package.

When picking up your items, we recommend presenting the following emails:

Reservation Confirmation Email

(Subject: [hinata Rental] Your Reservation is Confirmed)

Shipping Confirmation Email

(Subject: [hinata Rental] Shipment Completed & Return Instructions)

The reservation confirmation email is sent immediately after booking.

The shipping confirmation email will be sent around July 19.

If you have not received these emails, please contact Customer Support.

◆ On-Site Pick-Up Hours

July 23 (Thu): 12:00 – 21:00

July 24 (Fri): 8:00 – 17:00

July 25 (Sat): 8:00 – 17:00

July 26 (Sun): 8:00 – 17:00

July 27 (Mon): 7:00 – 12:00

Please note that packages cannot be collected outside of the above hours.
