◆ GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025　イベント概要

開催日：2026年4月10日（金）〜12日（日）

開催場所：〒418-0109 静岡県富士宮市麓156 ふもとっぱら

◆予約開始日に関して

ご予約開始日は2月9日（月）です。

ご希望の方はメールアドレスをいただければリマインドメールを送らせていただきますので下記からお申し込みください。

◆予約締切日に関して

ご予約受付締切は4月2日（木）です。

在庫が変動しやすい商品もございますのでお早めのご予約をご検討ください。

※締切後、数日の間であれば個別対応できる可能性がございます。カスタマーサポートにご相談ください。

◆ hinataレンタルご予約方法

①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はフェス参加日程と必ず合わせてください。

「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

GOOUT JAMBOREE 2026（ふもとっぱら）で検索いただくと配送先を選択いただけます。

②-2 富士オートキャンプ場ふもと村　宿泊の方

「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

③操作を進め、注文後に送られる完了メールを持ってご予約完了となります。

◆ 注文期限

注文、変更期限は利用日の約1週間前までになります。

変更時は下記の流れでキャンセル後に再注文をお願いいたします。

◆ キャンセルに関して

注文完了後に送付されるメールにキャンセル用のURLが記載されております。

キャンセルポリシーは下記の通りです。

キャンセル受付日によってキャンセル料が変わるため、ご利用の中止が確定された場合はお早めにキャンセルをお願いいたします。

キャンセル料は以下のように計算されます。

商品発送日の前日：無料

商品発送日～利用日前々日：レンタル料金の50%

利用日前日～利用日：レンタル料金の100％

ご注文合計金額からキャンセル料を差し引いた金額がご返金額となります。

※詳しくは、ご予約が完了した際に予約完了メール（件名：[hinataレンタル]ご予約を承りました）の下部に記載をしております。ご確認ください。

※天候不良等におけるイベント中止の場合でも通常のキャンセル規定が適用されます。そのため、キャンセル補償への加入を推奨しております。

◆ 当日お荷物の受取先、受け取り方法

ふもとっぱらに宿泊の方は、

当日到着しましたらふもとっぱら内 hinata レンタル出店ブースへお立ち寄りください。

担当スタッフよりお荷物をお渡しいたします。

受け取り時、予約完了後に送られるメールの確認を持って、お荷物と交換とさせていただきます。

※商品のお渡しは

・10日（金）15時から17時

・11日（土）8時半〜17時を予定しております。

オートキャンプふもと村に宿泊の方は、

・11日（土）9〜18時の間にふもと村の管理棟にお立ち寄りください。

◆返却に関して

ふもとっぱらに宿泊の方のご返却はご利用終了日の15時までを目安にお願いいたします。

安全のため、明るいうちの撤収をお勧めしております。

オートキャンプふもと村に宿泊の方は、

・12日（日）9〜14時の間にふもと村の管理棟にご返却ください。

If you wish to have your rental items delivered to the GOOUT JAMBOREE 2026 event, please carefully review the information below before placing your order.

◆ GOOUT JAMBOREE 2026 – Event Overview

April 10 (Fri) – April 12 (Sun), 2026

◆ Reservation Start Date

Reservations will open on February 9 (Monday).

If you would like to receive a reminder email when reservations open, please register your email address using the form below:

◆ Reservation Deadline

The reservation deadline is April 2 (Thursday).

Please note that stock availability may change quickly, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.

※ In some cases, we may be able to accommodate requests for a few days after the deadline. Please contact customer support for assistance.

◆ How to Make a Reservation with hinata rental

①Add your desired rental items to the cart and proceed with the reservation.

※ Please ensure that the rental period matches your festival attendance dates.

②-1 For Guests Staying at Fumotoppara Campground

On the “Delivery Address Information” screen, select Festival / Event.

Search for “GOOUT JAMBOREE 2026 (Fumotoppara)” and select it as the delivery destination.

②-2 For Guests Staying at Fuji Auto Campground Fumotomura

On the “Delivery Address Information” screen, select Festival / Event.

Search for “GOOUT JAMBOREE 2026 (Fuji Auto Campground Fumotomura)” and select it as the delivery destination.

③Complete the process and confirm your reservation using the confirmation email sent after placing your order.

◆ Order / Change Deadline

Orders and changes can be made until approximately one week before the start date.

If you need to make changes, please cancel your existing order and place a new one.

◆ Cancellation Policy

A cancellation URL is included in the reservation confirmation email.

Cancellation fees vary depending on the date of cancellation.

If you decide to cancel, please do so as early as possible.

Cancellation Fees:

Day before shipment: Free

From shipment date to two days before use: 50% of rental fee

One day before use to the day of use: 100% of rental fee

The refundable amount will be the total order amount minus the cancellation fee.

※ Even if the event is canceled due to weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy will still apply.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

◆ Equipment Pickup on the Day of the Event

For Guests Staying at Fumotoppara Campground

Upon arrival, please visit the hinata Rental booth inside Fumotoppara.

Our staff will hand over your rental items.

Please present your reservation confirmation email at pickup.

Pickup Times:

Friday, April 10: 15:00 – 17:00

Saturday, April 11: 8:30 – 17:00

For Guests Staying at Fuji Auto Campground Fumotomura

Please visit the Fumotomura administration building between:

Saturday, April 11: 9:00 – 18:00

◆ Equipment Return

For Guests Staying at Fumotoppara Campground

Please return all rental items by 15:00 on the final day of use.

For safety reasons, we recommend packing up while it is still daylight.

For Guests Staying at Fuji Auto Campground Fumotomura

Please return items to the administration building between:

Sunday, April 12: 9:00 – 14:00
